Alfonso Gonzalez, CEC

Chef Alfonso Gonzalez has been cooking for over 25 years including an 8 year apprenticeship under French Chef Christian Gimeno in Houston, Texas.   His work in the B/CS area includes Executive Chef positions at both the College Station Hilton and Christopher’s World Grille. 

Alfonso is certified as an Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation.  He is also a member of the Brazos Valley Chefs Association which awarded him “Chef of the Year” for 2002 and 2007, and “Pastry Chef of the Year” for 2006 and 2007.
